| There will be no instant noodles given during this camp. All meals, even if short period of time given, are to be MSG free. |
| All time stated in the list are time given to cook, eat, wash up and get ready for the next activity. |
| All staple food e.g. rice and noodles, and main ingredient e.g. vegetables and meat, and fruits will be given out at each cooking time by the F & B ICs. Only for the 2nd day, should the patrols need to plan their menus, as marketing will take place that morning. Marketing money will be distributed to the patrol marketing IC on that morning ($3 per head per meal). |
